20.20 La fantástica tarea de vivir.
El arte en tiempos convulsos, de incerteza, crispación y duelo no descansa. Continúa a pesar de todo y nos puede llenar (si queremos) de esperanza. Esta iniciativa me aporta eso: el disfrute de la curiosidad por la belleza del trabajo de estas mujeres.Esta es una propuesta adaptada a la situación que estamos viviendo .Nueve mujeres/artistas con un bagaje creativo multidisciplinar que desde el mundo de la pintura, ilustración y el diseño gráfico nos traen nueve propuestas con diferentes sensibilidades y trayectorias.
Así mismo, cada una presenta una serie individual con un mínimo de 20 obras igualando formato 20.20 cm así como la premisa indiferente a currículums profesionales tan distintos. Aún así, la conexión ha conseguido aglutinar un equipo lleno de idiosincrasias, lecturas y bagajes conformando una muestra completa.
Desde sus vertientes estéticas nos cuentan algunos mundos personales, reales y imaginados. Un particular lenguaje íntimo, donde entrevemos una singular catarsis liberadora que nos conduce a la esperanza y el disfrute, incluso a la reflexión, para llevar adelante y a pesar de todo: La fantástica tarea de vivir.
20.20 The wonderful task of living.
Art in troubling, uncertain, frustrating and sad times does not rest. It continues despite everything and can fill us with hope. This initiative brings me this: the enjoyment of the curiosity for beauty in these women’s work.
This is a proposal adapted to the situation we’re living in. Nine women artists with a creative multidisciplinary background who, from the world of paint, illustration and graphic design, bring us 9 proposals with different interests and concerns.
Likewise, each one presents us with an individual series with a minimum of 20 works, all in a 20 x 20 format, as well as a different premise, indifferent to such different professional curriculums. Even so, the connection has managed to bring together a team full of idiosyncrasies, readings and backgrounds, all coming together as one.
From their aesthetic qualities they tell us some of their personal, real and imaginary worlds. A particular intimate language, where we glimpse a singular, liberating catharsis that drives us to hope and enjoyment, even reflection, to carry on despite everything: the wonderful task of living.
